What IS bodywork??

Bodywork is defined as any therapeutic or personal development technique that involves working with the human body in a form involving manipulative therapy, breath work, or energy medicine. Bodywork techniques also aim to assess or improve posture, promote awareness of "bodymind connection" which is an approach that sees the human body and mind as a single integrated unit, or to manipulate the electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body and affect health.  Some (but not all!) forms of bodywork include, massage, Reiki, yoga, pranayama, qigong, t'ai chi, chiropractic, reflexology, Rolfing, shiatsu, postural integration, craniosacral therapy, Brainspotting,  etc.

What do WE offer??

Sessions charged based on location and time.  For your session, we will review your intake form and discuss your needs/goals and determine what techniques/modalities will be most appropriate.  At the conclusion of your session, we will go over any suggestions/feedback and a plan for future sessions.

**Important things to know about Gift Cards...Please read below!**

***GCs will be honored 1 year past the DATE OF PURCHASE***

***Any expired or unused portions of GCs will NOT be refunded***

-Purchase is available in the form of dollar amount or session type.

-Session type means length/location of session. ie 60min in-home massage.  These GCs cannot be split up into multiple sessions or partially refunded if not used in full. 

-Choosing session type assumes the recipient will handle gratuity how they see fit.

-If you would like to include gratuity, choose dollar amount.  You can let the recipient know that you have included gratuity in the message section. 

-Choosing dollar amount provides more flexibility for both the gifter and giftee.  The recipient can use this GC to book the length/location of session they prefer. 

-The email address provided is where the GC will be sent.  If you prefer to give the recipient the GC personally, use your email address.  You can then email or print it for the recipient. 

-When redeeming your GC, you will need to present the card at the time of your session.  You can print or take a screenshot.  

-If you do not present the GC at the time of the session, you will be responsible for the cost of the session.  You may still use the GC at another session.

Ways you can pay:

We require a CC to hold an appointment but we happily accept payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, Applepay, Square, FSA/HSA

CANCELLATIONS/POLICIES

*To avoid being charged, please reschedule/cancel 24 hrs PRIOR to your scheduled appointment.

*No shows, cancellations and reschedules WITHIN 24 hrs of your scheduled session result in 100% CHARGE of the session cost.

*Shortened sessions within 24hrs are charged the original time scheduled.

*Appts are allotted max of 2 reschedules at no charge.  3rd reschedule at 50% session cost at time of reschedule as well as full session cost at time of appt.
